The Crimson Petal

It was such a pleasure working with owner, Lee, from The Crimson Petal. Her talent is not only in the art of floral arranging (where she excels), but in listening and hearing what her client is looking for. The flowers at our event were spectacular and everything that we had envisioned.

Walked in and talked to Lee on a random weekday - she understood the assignment completely!!! I wanted an interesting big bouquet for a family members birthday, no yellow, no lilies and it was amazing!! I gave her my honest budget and she did an incredible job with flowers she had on hand! I picked it up a few hours later and was stunned 😄

I can’t recommend this florist enough! They’ve been my go-to flower shop for the last 2 years and they always exceed expectations. The floral artists are incredibly kind, talented, and truly put so much care into every arrangement. Whether it’s for birthdays, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, or any special celebration, they absolutely knock it out of the park every single time. The flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. So grateful to have such an amazing local florist!

Highly recommend. Gorgeous arrangement and exceptional service. After leaving phone message saying I was interested in one of their sympathy arrangements that came in a unique antique-looking vase, owner called and let me know they’d not been able to get that specific vase lately, described 2 different alternatives and texted me photos of both. She was so nice, friendly and helpful and even texted me a photo and short video of the finished arrangement to provide views from different angles. It was just as if not more beautiful than the online photo. My new favorite florist!

"The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture. They do not guarantee the flowers as pictured and they will not do anything if you aren't satisfied." Your response to this feedback was defensive rather than receptive. The intention here was not to be vitriolic. I mentioned in our email exchange that the recipient was happy with the arrangement however, I was disappointed that beautiful orange and crimson colors in the picture online were not present in the arrangement that was received. I am used to the substitution of flowers from other vendors, but the substitution of flowers and colors was unexpected. I wish you the best!
